OLQP Altar Rosary Society is busy at work this upcoming holiday season:

We will be collecting NEW hats, mittens/gloves and scarves to help our neighbors in Works of Mercy, Our Lady of Fatima in Delanson, and City Mission for adults and children from now until December 3;
-
We will be collecting gift cards for Target, Walmart and Hannaford to spread the holiday cheer to those in need. Place in an envelope marked OLQP ALTAR ROSARY and drop in the collection basket from now until December 4;
-
We will be collecting GENTLY USED/CLEANED coats for men, women and children through December 10. Thank you for your support.

Christmas Giving Tree - St. Margaret's will again this year be assisting St. Paul's and the St. Vincent DePaul Society in collecting gift cards from Target and Walmart for children in Schenectady County. Gift cards should be from Target or Walmart, suggested amount $25 but any amount is much appreciated. Please put gift cards in an envelope marked GIVING TREE, and drop in the collection basket at St Margaret’s or OLQP from now until Dec. 2nd. Questions call Theresa Kaczor 518-320- 5367.

Furthering Your Faith: We invite you all to join Fr. Yusko and Fr. Dan McHale on Thursday, November 30th at 6:30 pm at Parish of Mater Christi, 40 Hopewell St., Albany for another installment of the Furthering Your Faith series. Fr. Dan will deliver a talk on Suffering. The talk will begin at 6:30 pm with an opportunity for questions followed by Eucharistic Adoration from 7:30 to 8:30 pm. During this time priests will be available to hear confessions. Come and further your faith. Furthering Your Faith is a collaboration between parish networks in the Capital Region, offering monthly lectures on a variety of topics germane to Catholic life. Each one-hour talk will be followed by a period of prayer, featuring an hour of Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction. These events are free of charge and open to all ages. We look forward to seeing you there.

ATTENTION YOUNG ADULTS
Mohawk Catholic is a REGIONAL YOUNG ADULT GROUP based in Schenectady. Gatherings are held on the second Thursday of each month in the St. Gabriel the Archangel Church basement. We invite all young adults (ages 18-39) to join us as we journey together in growing closer to knowing and loving Jesus Christ.
Our next Bible Study will be Thursday, December 14 at 7 PM. Bring an open heart and a friend, we'd love to see you there!
